Terms of use
Effective 12 October 2026.
License
SourceDocs for Confluence is licensed under the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use (the standard end-user license agreement for Marketplace apps). Your purchase, subscription term, pricing and refunds are handled by Atlassian under those terms. These additional terms clarify how we operate the app.
What you get
- The app as listed on the Atlassian Marketplace, updated by us from time to time. Updates are delivered through Atlassian and may add, change or remove features; we keep the three macros and the credential model stable within a major version.
- Support by email at support@sourcedocs.dev, first response within one business day (Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 Türkiye time, excluding Turkish public holidays). Confirmed bugs are fixed in the next release, normally within seven days.
- Free use for Confluence Cloud sites with up to 10 users, as set by Atlassian's Marketplace pricing rules.
Your responsibilities
- Credentials you store in the app must be ones you are entitled to use. We recommend read-only tokens limited to the repositories you embed.
- Content you embed becomes visible to everyone who can read the Confluence page, regardless of their Git permissions. You decide what to embed.
- Your use of GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket and Azure DevOps remains subject to their terms and rate limits.
Availability and limits
The app runs on Atlassian Forge; its availability follows Atlassian's platform. Files up to 2 MB and images up to 1 MB are rendered; rendering of very large diagrams depends on the reader's browser. We do not guarantee rendering fidelity for every Markdown, Mermaid, PlantUML or OpenAPI construct, and we fix reported gaps as described above.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These additional terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; disputes are subject to the courts of Istanbul, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you are located.
